For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us. Accounts involved in spamming, spoofing or any such activities won’t be provided with any refund at all. Dedicated servers, VPS, domain names and all other services won’t be refunded at all.

Any refund will be processed within 7-14 working days depending on Bank.
